Counseling & Training
People experiencing homelessness have suffered a significant degree of trauma. In an effort to provide on-going emotional and spiritual support for graduates, Deed and Truth has retained the services of a professional counselor. She also provides training for Deed and Truth volunteers through Webinars and YouTube videos.

Marriage & Family Therapist, Trauma Counselor
As a partner with Deed & Truth, it’s a delight to come alongside individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness. We all need someone in our corner, and as a therapist and trauma counselor, I’m excited to provide these services through seminars, webinars, and one-on-one dialogues. With those transitioning from programming into a healthy lifestyle, I provide relationally focused therapy, merging theology with psychology, to work through the deep rooted issues of trauma, triggers, grief, addictions, and emotional struggles that can cause one to be stuck, and unable to move forward. Transformation is a lifelong journey, and it’s comforting to know, you don’t have to journey alone. It’s a joy and a calling to partner with Deed and Truth.
