Moving onward and upward…

The apostle Paul talked about his desire to press on toward the mark of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. It’s our desire to pursue God’s calling in our lives and to remain persistent to move in that direction. To this end, we want to share our ministry plans and goals for this year to… 1) Inform you to what we plan to accomplish; 2) Inspire you to partner in the work; 3) Invite you to pray for our progress… as we press onward in 2025.

Deed & Truth ’25 Ministry Plan & Goals:

  1. Maintaining Ministry Partnerships @ local Rescue Missions
    • Sponsoring monthly events
    • Speaking monthly @ the local Missions
    • Monthly Relational Connection with Mission Point Persons
  2. Strengthening & Expanding Ministry Partnerships in the Community
    • Interim preaching post at Hope in Christ Church of Compton 
    • Guest Speaking @ churches & community organizations
    • Launch Educational Seminars @ supporting churches and partnering orgs 
    • Increase blog subscriptions by 20%
    • One-on-One Coaching for those assisting individuals experiencing homelessness 
  3. Improving Services to H2H clients 
    • Accept all qualifying H2H applications (25 annual average)
    • Provide on-going professional trauma counseling for H2H clients
    • Provide a Volunteer Chaplain for Celebrate Recovery @ OCRM
    • Assist with urgent practical needs for struggling H2H clients
    • Add one new Los Angeles County H2H team
    • Mobilize H2H teams to “adopt” H2H families for one-year follow up
  4. Launch New Ministry: Volunteer Chaplain for staff @ Tustin Hyundai 
  5. Increase financial support by 10% to accommodate ministry growth
