God Doesn’t Need Anything We Have To Offer

God doesn’t need anything we have to offer… But others in our world do!

So he calls us to express our love to HIM by demonstrating that love to THEM…

…To those who are powerless and voiceless, overlooked and under-served, the victimized, the oppressed, the abused, widows, orphans, the foreigner, the disadvantaged children, the disabled, the elderly, the children, the less-thans and left-outs, the trans, the LGBTQ+, the “other” religions, the “other” ethnic groups… to the ones whom we consider to have nothing to teach us and nothing to offer us in return… God says, “Give them the practical expression of your love for me.”

How do you know the extent of your love for God? Just look at how much you meet the practical needs of people in need… That’s the real indicator. Love God – Love Others… That’s ONE COMMAND not two… Loving your neighbor is the natural outcome of loving God and is how we express authentic love to God.
